January 2008	ITR	New update of International Trade Regulation (Issue 23). Text from Chapter 1 updated to January 2008 available for download. June 2007	ITR	The table of cases will now be updated on line. It has been merged with the list of web links to GATT and WTO cases. The short name and full citation, in standard WTO format, are given.
June 2007	ITR	New update of International Trade Regulation (Issue 22). Includes two Appellate Body reports on DSU Article 21.5 cases. One of these approved the amended US rules on sunset reviews, and examined the extent to which a new evidentiary base can be used in anti-dumping proceedings when the original measure has been condemned. In the other case, concerning the Price Band System used by Chile, the Appellate Body explored the burden of proof in compliance proceedings. Article 21.5 also came up before a panel when the US attempt to use compliance proceedings to retry the original dispute was rejected in the Gambling case. May 2007	ECAD	New update (62nd) of EC Anti-Dumping and Trade Defence Law and Practice. Covers several European Court decisions as well as numerous decisions in AD and CVD investigations. In the Aluminium Silicon Mill case the CFI found manifest errors of assessment as regards injury findings. Although no new investigations have been launched since December, the number of new reviews has not diminished.
February 2007	ECAD	New update (61st) of EC Anti-Dumping and Trade Defence Law and Practice mailed to subscribers. Updated with new decisions and judgements, including the controversial imposition of anti-dumping duties on footwear from China and Vietnam. Substantial extract, updated to February 2007 available for free download.
January 2007	ITR	New update of International Trade Regulation (Issue 21). Topics covered include: further Appellate Body rulings on the use of zeroing in anti-dumping investigations; the massive panel report (which is not being appealed) on EC treatment of genetically modified organisms (GMOs); and the panel and appeal proceedings in the broad attack launched by the US against EC customs practices. June 2006	ECAD	New title - EC Anti-Dumping and Trade Defence Law and Practice - to reflect expanded coverage. Now includes countervailing duties, safeguard measures, etc. Up to date June 2006. Substantial extract available for free download.
June 2006	ITR	New update of International Trade Regulation (Issue 20) adds new Chapter 3 on international institutions, and analysis of OECD Export Credit Arrangement. The existing text has undergone a major revision, and been brought up to date with many new decisions, of which seven are Appellate Body reports, including those in the 'zeroing' and 'soft drinks' cases. Text from Chapter 1 updated to May 2006 available for download.
